About Aldo
A builder who became an agent.
Aldo Chandra started in construction, building homes for Toll Brothers, then spent years buying and renovating Philadelphia houses himself before getting licensed. That order matters, and it's why sellers get an honest read on all three ways to sell, not just the one that pays a commission.

I built houses before I ever sold one.
I got my start working for Toll Brothers, a national homebuilder. That's where I learned the actual construction side of houses: framing, finishes, punch lists, the whole process of turning a set of plans into a place someone lives in.
From there I started buying and renovating houses across Philadelphia myself, foreclosures, inherited properties, houses that needed real work, and plenty that didn't. Ground-up construction, gut renovations, rentals I still hold today. That work meant sitting on both sides of the table: the buyer making an offer, and the seller trying to figure out if it was a fair one.

Getting licensed as a Pennsylvania real estate salesperson was the next logical step, not a career change. Most sellers only ever hear one pitch: the cash buyer who wants a quick assignment, or the agent who wants a listing and nothing else. Neither one is set up to tell you honestly when the other option is actually better for your situation.
You get the real math on all three from one person, not three different sales pitches.
I built Sell with Aldo to fix that. Whether your house needs a cash sale in two weeks, a novation so repairs don't come out of your pocket, or a full retail listing aimed at the highest number, that's exactly what you get, from someone who has actually swung the hammer.
How I Work
Three things that don't change
Honest Math, Every Time
The cash number, the novation number, and the listing number, shown side by side, with no thumb on the scale.
Builder's Eye
Time on job sites, plus years estimating repair costs and comparable sales, means the numbers I show you hold up, not just sound good.
Plain Language
No jargon, no pressure tactics. Just a straight answer about what your house is worth in each scenario.
Ready to See Your Three Numbers?
No pressure toward any one option. Just an honest look at your cash, novation and listing numbers.
